QuickBooks & Quicken Transaction Import Instructions
QuickBooks and Quicken Users:
If you are having trouble with the automatic bank transaction import in QuickBooks or Quicken:
- For desktop software versions, first check for software updates
- Check that your Internet Banking credentials are working correctly by logging into our system directly using the Login button above.
- If you are unable to login to Internet Banking
- Reset your profile by using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen or contact your local bank office for assistance.
- Once you have your login working, verify you are using the correct username and password and try again to connect with QuickBooks/Quicken.
- If your login to Internet Banking is successful
- Verify you are using the correct username and password and try again to connect with QuickBooks/Quicken.
- If you are still getting an error, please contact QuickBooks or Quicken support to report the problem.
- If you are unable to login to Internet Banking
If needed, you can always manually import transactions from our Internet Banking system by following the instructions below:

We encourage you to carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the import instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
