Have your Account Number(s) and Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready.
*The first time you call, you will first need to contact your bank to get your Phone Banking PIN.
STEP 2
Determine which telephone number you need:
- 406-628-1354 local number for the Billings, Laurel, Columbus & Absarokee area.
- 1-800-822-5592 for all other locations.
STEP 3
Wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access these selections from the Opening Menu given, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone.
